The project is an urban complex encompassing a 5-star 11-story hotel lining the main road and including 200 keys, conference center, and other upscale amenities; a central civic square surrounded by rows of 4-story shophouses. In spite being quite far from the Pleiku city center, the project aims to create an comprehensive and attractive urban “destination” for the city. The architecture style is neo-classical that is elegant, luxurious and blended with local cultural elements found in the Highland region.
