According to the Legend Au Co lived in a forest in the mountain and one day she was attacked by a monster, saved by Lac Long Quan who saved her by throwing a rock at the monster. They fell in love and gave birth to a hundred kids after Au Co laid 100 eggs, and this event is believed to be the origin of the Vietnamese people. Using the legend of Lac Long Quan and Au Co, and their encounter as the genesis of Vietnamese civilization we create a landscape which is inspired in the stories of each of the characters and the moment they met. The project is divided into three main sub areas which respond to the existing approved landuse masterplan of the resort. Each sub-area contain the fairy forest where Au Co lived, an area where the users can experience the adventure of Lac Long Qua and finally one where the tale of their encounter happens.
