The project is the convergence and synthesis of 3 kinds of Flow – Nature, People, and Culture. All of them flows towards each other to the center of the roundabout island and grow up, representing prosperity and development. This gesture is a metaphor for a message: the resource of nature and people’s heritage and values should be appreciated as the basis for future developments
