Blessed with waterfront and being at the foot of a vibrant Aqua Bay’s podium, the project aims to recreate a contemporary Scandinavian village, distincted by the vibrant colorful wall sidings and rhythmic hip roofline. All shophouse are designed with two frontage to be accessed from both the street and the waterfront promenade to maximize foothold for the double height commercial space on the first floor.
