The general theme we propose for this project is the Flow to reflect its location next to lake Phuong Luu and its goal to be a dynamic and trending gathering place for the youth. Each state of the flow is the basis to generate the form of each buildings and landscape: the Strip (waterfront park), the Cloud (serviced apartment towers), the Twist (coffee house), the Wave (restaurant) and the Ascent (the entrance gate). These methodology ensure the uniqueness of elements among the collectiveness of the whole project.
