The project is located superbly in the most stunning site in the heart of West of West lake urban development – sandwiched by central park to the North, ecological lake to the South, and in couple steps from future metro station. Inspired by the elegance and simplicity of Ly dynasty’s dragon design motive (in which the capital was moved to Thang Long, now Ha Noi), the composition of 3 towers, height ranging from 30 to 40 stories, along the sweeping curves – that embraces the Ecolake to the south and that culminates Eastwards to the Thang Long’s Citadel and towards the Great West Lake – reflects the aspiration for development that does not only respect the culture-rich past but also move forward the prosperous future. The main functions include residential, condotel, and serviced apartment, and amenities, service and hi-end retail at the podium.
