The great challenge with the project is to abide the austere grid road system put in placed by the regional planning and in the same time to create an inspiring and attractive living and public spaces. Therefore, we propose to combine several of blocks together to form larger open spaces, each of which signifies a particular zone. Then we connect them with series of green corridor and canals to make a complete circuit – a system where residents and walk, bike and enjoy all of the project’s zones without interfering constantly with traffic. South of the site is a central roundabout intersection flanked by two major high-rise developments as the project’s landmark when viewing from the city center beyond Cam River
