Being adjacent to the UNESCO heritage Hue Citadel, this masterplan aim to create a new modern urban development that blends well with the existing urban fabric and geared towards ecological paradigm. A eco-belt comprised from manmade canals and waterfront landscape spine that run throughout the development and carve out a central oasis island and a huge central park as main features of the project. In the oasis island, all waterfront is reserved for villas for privacy and views, while in the middle the intersection of the 2 main boulevards all important public buildings such as shopping mall, hospitals, hotels, commercials… are located. The northern zone is dedicated to high-rise development to be further away from the citadel while taking advantage of being next to river and central park.
