The project is located in the new developed region south of the city and over the existing canal route dictated by the regional masterplan. Accordingly, the design is axis-oriented where the canal is renovated and cleaned to be the new central landscape spine, with the fengshui notion of water prosperity and positive energy. Low-rise developments are placed along this landscape spine and create water-front bustling pedestrian axis. All canal route coming from various directions are meeting at the center where a water plaza, a shopping mall and mix-use highrise are located.
