The project includes 5-story hotel building, event hall and villas surrounding one existing historical villas that is to be renovated. We aim to not only optimize the commercial benefit (the number of rooms, great view to the Muong Hoa valley and town center), but also to blend harmoniously between the modern architecture, local “sense of place”, and existing Ham Rong mountainous scenery.
