The huge Vinhomes Imperia project is situated at great fengshui location which is the intersection of Cam River and Thuong Ly River, next to Binh Bridge, and close to Hai Phong city center. The residential areas are linked by water systems, canal landscapes and parks. The various outdoor utilities exist in this extensive parks, including a resort-style outdoor pool, outdoor sports ground, playground for children and adults with new subjects, flower gardens, meditation gardens, BBQ and community activities, golf courses, lawns and multifunctional squares, water music performance area, etc. The landscape design is inspired by the beautiful Venetian canal and classical architecture with the interlocking of flower gardens, monuments, fountains, squares, paths along canal, artificial island, dock, pedestrian bridge, etc. all create a typical urban area along the river and the canal.
