The shophouse is designed with 4-5 floors in which there are 2 lower floors for commercial functions, the upper 2-3 floors to stay with the ground receding backwards to create lively shapes and to create gardens and balcony. The villa is designed with 3 floors, but when viewed from the road toll, it only creates the feeling that a building with a 2-storey height because the ground is deeply recessed at the 3rd floor. The balcony and yard are large designed to create the maximum view towards the lake will reduce the roughness and blend in with the surrounding landscape.
