The urban area is located in the prime location on the peninsula of Thuan Phuoc Bay at the foot of Thuan Phuoc bridge, the gateway to Son Tra Peninsula from the center of Da Nang city. This 100-hectareproject consists of1,100 luxury villas; 2,000 commercial townhouses and adjoining houses; 3 commercial complexes and condo hotel buildings from 25 to 40 storeys with panoramic view of Thuan Phuoc beyond Son Tra peninsula. Taking unique advantage of a reclamation peninsula, the project has an interstitial water canal intermingled among villas and separated the peninsula from the mainland. In addition, the project also has a unique sunset view in Da Nang at high-rise buildings, facilities, extended public beach, and at lively shophouses on the western peninsula. All of which upgrades the project to an ideal living and entertainment destination in Danang.
