With the investor’s vision of a complex of hotels, commercial and resort services including many mini hotel and shophouse building blocks rich in height and architecture, we propose 3 styles corresponding to 3 different subdivisions, including: Little Hanoi, Little Saigon, and Little Hue. For each subdivision, we selectively study the typical architectural language of each land and then develop it in the direction of modernization to suit the large-scale construction and the central coastal climate conditions. , ensuring aesthetics, convenience and sustainability.
